What I will be doing: School meetings.  Ick.

Motivation.

Always a bproblem.  When I have a set of students who would rather fight and disagree than work, very hard to be motivated--continually yelling "SHUT UP!" isn't that much fun.  And it's not like they actually care (the bad students) they're marking time until their parole is done.
