Lost it.
After a great set of interviews, the company looking good, and me getting my hopes up, the Board/Executive staff decided they only needed one SE, and she should be on the East Coast.
So, they cut the West Coast position. While I applaud them for their fiscal conservatism, sucks to be me. I'm going to go prune trees and pull weeds and otherwise express my displeasure.
Perhaps I should just die, and win my family many point in GLOOM (the card game from Atlas systems.) No, wait, I still need to be seduced by sylphs, munched by mutant mice, and bedazzled by beadles before my pathos is great enough.

However, it's pretty hard to find bedazzling beadles these days. They tend to be older and not on the cute side....
