I deeply appreciate your work these past two weeks and dedication to teaching, even when you're frustrated and angry and sad. I thought highly of you *before* this, but knowing that you've plunged into the (afternoon school) mess and tried, even in the face of all of those things -- it has deepened the respect I have for you.
I feel certain that in time, you'll find a teaching position where that dedication is recognized and where your talents aren't treated in this difficult way. In the meantime, my thoughts go out to you.
