No Child Left Behind

act requires that teachers be exemplar in their subjects, and thus have taken complete college courses in them. As an engineering major, I took 1 year of chemistry; the act requires 3 years.

I can test out of the requirements (test is in 4 hours from now) and hope to pass the test, but my study time has been eaten by the exhaustion of trying to teach the ghettobrats and get the classroom up and running with no resources.
