so....why so few postings?

Work is insane, basically; by definition attempting to get results from unconnected actions. No, wait, what really is the definition of insane? Not sane? Not rational? That's never been work.

Although things, overall, are going quite well.

DIET: Down about another 4 pounds; eating well but less. Today's food: Breakfast, 1 bar, 1/2 ham sandwich from yesterday, 1/2 cup coffee. 8:30 AM. Lunch, 11:45, halibut, bok choy (grilled, both) and mango salsa. Dinner, 6PM (Thanks Maria, good cook!) fish in spices with stewed tomatoes, fishwife rice. Snack, 8:30, Protein shake. Water OK. 7PM phsyllium drink (2 spoons.)

No exercise today--rode the motorcycle.

WORK: Modesto yesterday, couldn't meet with them, now it's turned to shit. Local SalesWeasel (Lets' call this one Chuckles, as opposed to Zippy) promised the customer whatever they want, more because he doesn't know what our software does...Z has real problems with two customers, next few weeks will be busy. Still, my vacation is approved.

OUTLOOK. Well, "Up" is due out in less than 10 days. Then Peter Gabriel will tour. My housestuff is getting done. I'm overcoming my carb moodmunging. Getting almost enough sleep. Having very interesting experiences. Stoppard play in the City; weather is amazing. Garden doing great. Death in the extended x2 family last week, good mortality reminder, live now suckah not fade away.

And, stealing a few questions from Noressa, who turned me onto this:

n: I'd actually rather read other people, but that's more because I type more slowly than I read.

n2: Haven't talked with enough people to be stalked/bothered by/want to meet them.

n3: Hmm. Very little of my life is here, but that's because there's sooo much life (thus the diet, har har.) Some topics skipped: Taking next year off. Gaming addictions. Joy of Motorcycling/and fear. Shakespear, in many forms. Play I'm involved in. Two martial arts; one I teach, one I need to get back to learning. The subtle power of forgiveness (something good from the Catholic Church.) Why the most christian people I know in the sense of virtues...are pagans or catholics or both. Polyamory in those around me. The universal heartbeat spiral. TranceWaltzing. Art projects...

Time to go indulge in a gaming addiction!

*while the blossom still clings to the vine. But what kind of blossom, and what kind of wine? And how much attention are you paying to that million tomorrows? Boy, sounds like a pathetic life to me, bugger that (no, no literally!) let's go dancing at the Folsom Street Fair and see what happens. Yeah, I've got a Utilikilt here somewhere...
(And the spellchecker presents: Utilikilt Audiologist, Idiolect, Outlooked, Ideologist, Illegality, Idyllically, Articulate )...gotta add that word!
