This journal was originally started as a diet/lifestyle journal. The funny thing is that looking back through it, I know what I need--diet and exercise, sleep and nutrition---and yet I get so far from it. Went to Estrella, and I fought and danced and sang and slept...and came right back to stress and bullshit, but at least it's not me, and I can now relax enough to see some of the good things going on.
