Yay!

Ok, I've been complimented three times for comments made in session. But more than that, it's clear that I'm not cut out for the academic life; or perhaps I am, but while the pursuit of knowledge is fun, it gets so _narrow_. I'd rather go do network management for dust networks...that'd be fun!

More Amsterdam notes...

Having a drug/prostitution area is interesting. Especially watching the little kids come through with Mom. I bet they make less mistakes regarding drugs and prostitution, and watching one mom explain to a child that the toys in the sex shop window were for adults, calmly, and having the kid accept it, was very cool.
