Don't forget to eat protien...

Felt wonky/out of it at Dance tonight. Realized that I hadn't eaten protien since lunch at noon, and it was 9:00. Oops! Did have a good day. Cruised by the costume sale that oniongirl mentioned but there was nothing there. Walked with Maria, lunch and walk (Hakone Garden and Sanborn Park with Sunny), talked with Mom, set up FNW, and when I went to waltz I stepped on one of the instructors. Step, wrong shoes, feeling wonky--three strikes. Had a sandwitch, now to bed; perhaps to go clean a creek in the morning.
