Cool things this week:
Jul. 9th, 2005 10:12 amIf the shoe fits, change it...need a new tire on the front of the bike, can't go to Laguna Seca GP with a non-speccy tire.!
Robots WILL Kill you--but not at http://www.moah.org/ which is having a Robot Family Day on July 30th. Palo Alto! Cool place! Museum! I won't be able to be there, but someone should tell me how it goes. Robots Will Kill you courtesy of the sticker on the back of Tug's Element...hmmm...but google isn't doin' it for that. Ah! Look at images! www.LSDiode.com
Mutant bikes. I want a bike with a basket big enough (and strong enough) for a cooler full of beer. I want a three wheeler just because they're cool. I want to learn to weld so I can make my own. I want to make some way cool mutant bikes. I want a lot, don't I?
I want to have a sculpture garden of bike bits...bike sundials...bike mobiles with arms...bike bat boxes...bike generators attached to computers so I can actually RIDE in WoW...bike babe balancers...all this to a man who lent out his bike AND HASN"T GOTTEN IT BACK.
And while I'm at it, a bike seat that doesn't bruise bones. And I can afford. Yeah, that's the ticket: welding and biking and tooling around the neighborhood and over to the the farmers market and like that.
Back to real life, which includes packing, and sending my plants to a safe place, and listening to TJ blow things up behind me.
