1. Thankfullness...doing that on facebook...every day thankfull for one thing. Wow. It's really positively affecting my mood!
2. I overschedule and underappear. There are too many good things going on and I want to do be all there! Priority one is work, however, and so instead of multiple engagements, I need so slow down and focus on the fewer ones.
3. Resolved: Be more like Sherlock Holmes: LOOK at people. LIke this guy here:

4. As a holiday treat, I will eat a piece of fruit every morning. This morning: Yellow and orange, banana and tangerine.
