What you smokin', Bronchitis girl? This is a CHARTER school--an independent company CONTRACTED by the gubbment.

No, no. Sciatica, not bronchitis.

It's a charter school? Somehow I'd missed that. I assumed it was public. I now fear for the state of American education 10% more than I was already. Good lord.
