We hit our target weights and our gym attendance fell. So, for the sake of argument (which is to say I don't want to dig through my LJ to figure out exactly how long it's been since I was in the gym), when last I'd posted I was pretty much right outside Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO. I remember about ten days later sitting in the gym tallying up the miles I'd made since that post, about 57 miles. That puts me west of Lawrence Kansas, not quite to Topeka. Specifically at the intersection of I-70 and "East 600th Road". If you search for Lecompton, KS on your favorite mapping page, you'll see where I am.

g0atface and I have both determined we need to get our slack asses up and back into the gym. This will happen either when we get to the hotel in NOLA tomorrow, or if the hotel has no gym, when we get home. So let it be written, so let it be done!
