Othar's Twitter, on Dancing!

Meant to be read bottom to top. Such a philosophy! I REALLY want to go to the Girl Genius ball now! From http://twitter.com/Othar
Girl Genius Ball: http://www.peers.org/girlgenius.html

# A simple one-two-three box step. Like the moves you have to make when fighting a giant crab. This is a bit more fun, and with less hitting. 1:35 PM Dec 18th, 2008 from web

# Eventually we damage enough of the other dancers that in self defense, the band switches to a waltz. An empty space opens around us. Smart. 11:45 AM Dec 15th, 2008 from web

# She picks it up pretty quickly, once I tell her that we're not Supposed to careen into other dancers. For the first time, I see her laugh. 8:42 AM Dec 13th, 2008 from web

# Back in the old hometown, we were more partial to the cod-slapping dance, but anyone in superb physical condition with no shame can polka. 9:44 AM Dec 12th, 2008 from web

# I search and soon find a polka hall. I explain that a polka is not so much dancing, as it is running around sideways to music. She's game. 10:30 AM Dec 11th, 2008 from web

# She seems particularly interested in the dance halls. Othar Tryggvassen is many things, but a good dancer isn't one of them. But so what? 12:20 PM Dec 10th, 2008 from web

Oh, John, for you to come to the Girl Genius ball dressed as Othar would be six different kinds of awesome! And not a difficult costume! I plan to put together the outfit and accessories of the Professora as she introduces the Vienna Mechanikopera, Complete with brass fan.

Woot and squee!
