Ruminations
Very off center.
Spending a lot of time discussing and having to decide on things that I don't care much about, but am expected to have an opinion on.
Work is very lackadaisical; yet very stressful. Every task has a huge amount of things attached to it. I'm not motivated in any positive way at all, none of it seems fun...just something to do.
House is a disaster, and time is short on it; Roommate is mostly out (good job) but I'm not taking it over.
Too much out there to focus on....
and when I was at Burning Man, it was easier. Focus on survival and experience. Keep the goal of walking a labrynth every day. By the end of it, I was awakening at dawn and wandering about, and felt pretty good. Better physically than I do now.
Haven't had anything together. Time to pick a stand...but whatever I pick, self interruption arises.
There's the nub!
Latest Pratchett book (Monstrous Regiment) good, but doesn't feel very different from the last two. Latest Lois McMaster Bujold book the same.
TIme to go practice breathing!

As for an opinion... Why do they want yours if it's nothing you really wanted anyway? And you've expressed this... Because you Should Care about This Day, probably. Eh. Good luck Wedding stress was more for my parents then me. We decided what we wanted. They kept wanting to add things. My dad wanted us to have a Mariachi band performing. While it would have been neat... A bit much for what we were planning. Keep it Stupid Simple was about where we were. Thus the computer playing Mp3's for music, the hall that was both reception and wedding place... All the food from one place, where they sliced everything up and drinks were sodas on sale. Only mead for the head table. *hugs* It'll be over soon. ^_^ Then? Who knows. You may be able to work on centering back for a while.
