learnteachSlow work with Korwyn, who expanded the brain lobes again: ABCD range definition, 4 guards (cruciform from your solar plexus, unnamed but obviously there. Wraps have 3 different mechanics; low, normal, high (sky) because they use different muscle sets. Defense and shield work based both on large and small offensive shield moves. Tuesday, warmed up with Chuck and did a number of drills, specifically hurricane for defense and shot placement. Broke my sword on his shield and he loaned Petra's sword over; had a set with Ayre but felt sick and had to drop out.
