I know once I'm doing it

that I'll be much happier exercising. I have new shoes that I can wear over an hour before my toes start hurting. I have signed up for a bootcamp, a race, West/An Tir, Pennsic...why is it so hard to suit up and go?

It's hard to do before you have an established routine. Once you have a habit and a pattern you can follow without thinking about it too much (ie giving yourself time to talk you out of it), it gets easier.

I don't think I could do a bootcamp, but I'm looking for a yoga class nearby. Supposedly 24 Hour Fitness has one. In the meantime, I'll try and grab you for a walk at some point. A short walk.
