Less Pain! Ra!

Hurley Yesterday--only three hours. Knee doesn't feel like it's a vienna sausage. Much better skills all the way around for all of us. It's glorious to be out with a gang in the sunlight whacking away at small white ball and bodychecking and running around screaming at each other in a friendly way. Then, the added bonus of a small glass of mead...aaaah!

I highly recommend it. Also went and saw LoTR again last night, a wonderful film. Meditated on how Frodo would have turned into Gollum over time, if he hadn't been eaten up, and how Smeagol himself seemed to appear in the backround of the tavern scene.

tonight, a bit of running so that the next hurley match is easier...and build a few new shields!

between event and reaction, you have the choice of action at all times. For the job thing? A plan! For the diet thing, the ongoing choice...and remembering that it will take a while. Ra!
