You should have posted this as a regular post. A number of the guys who dive at/with the folks at Stan's (http://www.stansdiving.com) are contractors. I have heard some are quite good. I also know a guy who may be more of a handyman-type through hotline. He just did some (painting) work for one of the other volunteers and I hear it was good.
