Simplify, Simplify....land sale requires tracking down 3 people who are not answering phone. House needs much work. Work has expanded...

Either I'm sleeping or I'm leaping about, and both ways do not generate enough work done. Time to hire contractors!

Week/7 weeks; 7 months

Week: get fighting kit into shape enough to fight, exercise every day, get 3 new leads at work and 3 resumes out of work, meet for lunch 1 bus 1 social 1 family. Attend wedding, get signitures for land sale, plan out house transformation. Breathe!
7 weeks: Sell land. Move roomies out, prep house; perhaps on market at the end of 7 weeks. Go to Estrella, have fun. Dance bunches.
7 months: Dance more bunches. Go on dance tour (Prague/St. Petersburg) and go to burning man. Get rid of a lot of stuff.

Spinning in circles: more fighting the most urgent fire. Pick something up work on it be distracted by next thing pick something up...
