A year ago....

So little change in some ways: House, work, what to do, vacation. So great a change: attempt to marry, fail. An actor in Sacromento, and the fears of war realized completely...we're going to see Afghanistan crumble back to the Taliban, soon, and the violence in Iraq is going to be amazing. As for me, I feel sadderbudweiser, stareyedandport, and sailing on.

Just got back into contact with the ex; glad she's in Colorado, because I still want to make things better for her, which is bound to fail. Was asked the question yesterday why I was attracted to her...good question. Off to work!

There's lots of reasons you were/are attracted to her... Not sure those things will ever change, because the ones you brought up seemed ingrained in her nature...

I'm hoping you can center and focus and resolve... A lot of these issues are issues you've had for a while...
