Travelling food
Not the greatest day...
Breakfast: 3:30 PM, chicken salad. 430PM: eggnog latte (blech, horrible). 7:6 taquitos and some chips 820: squid and onions, little rice, at China Spice.
Exercise: Knee century 8 AM; 30 Min elliptical, quad set, tri set, reverse situps, pole century 9.
tiiiired.
