Ah, the vagaries of life. Blew the diet on Monday; haven't caught up. So: Plan for tomorrow: Morning: Aikido, then polearm century, coffee/shake, shower, go to work, BBar at 10, 4 waters by 11. Lunch at Redwood house; appointment. Century, then snack (orange/fruit and bar), dinner 5 ish (protien and tomatoes,) run to fighter practice, work on offside/inside moves with Gwydion.

Fri: Aikido, shower, shake; appointment at 10; lunch with JG, do toy pickup, work, do doc wong.

Other notes: Burning man yes. Doc Wong class this weekend. Dickens Fair on Saturday. Party Friday night after first docwong session. Aiee!

Weight stable. Workout level ok. Not eating on schedule enough; not drinking enough water, not progressing on home projects, not setting goals.

Hmm.

But life is good...
