Habits to avoid:
Sitting around because I can.
Feeling bad about not getting anything done.
NOT writing out and tackling projects.
Seeing the place with a lazy eye; not looking at what's here. Oy, what a dump!
Rereading books for comfort.
Not drinking enough water, or stretching...
