The Well Considered Life

Ain't got there yet. Warning! Warning!

It's full on vacation, but if you aren't actually vacating from anything, it's just being lazy. Without a plan, I tend to go the wrong direction, and without social context, I don't self correct. All kinds of things are not being done, the worst two being reduction of MOOP (Matter Out Of Place) and DE (DietExercise). So I have breakfast at 3:30, never work out, and get very frustrated by little things.

Time to fix all that. Plan for tomorrow firmly in place. Written on my arm in indelible ink. HA! Ain't gonna lose that.

I can call you when I do my morning workout... the joint movement stuff and then strength training... or on my way to the office.. usually before 8am. If you let me know what you need to support your goals, we( those friends who care about you also) I am sure will help.


Now the real question is what is the pay off for not getting up, working out, or correcting your eating habits. As you know I am very goal focused and K has hits his 20 year mark in May for elevation. I am mostly likely his most active current squire. So I want to be make him proud in May. (and you too, since you are one of my mentors)

Now for my brag.... I have passed 22 days of getting up and eating breakfast, and having protien in each meal. I am not great about writing down what I eat, but it is better. The work outs are consistent and improving, still need your help in some respects.

Question: I thought you were doing the body for life( body for John) program. It is only 12 weeks.

btw, can you teach me to waltz ? wedding comming up in Jan. 2005 and am best friend.
