KRINGLE!
THEY HAVE KRINGLE HERE! WOOOOO!
So, my family is used to eating Kringle, which we buy from a couple bakeries in Wisconsin, and consume with great joy and satisfaction. You can get it from Solvang, occasionally. Well, it is a Danish pastry, and, what do you know, I'm IN DENMARK!
So we went to the store this (afternoon) and bought milk and pastries. It wasn't until I was standing in line that I saw the kringle. It's the same as I remember, although with a bit less butter but still sweet flaky goodness...damn! How can I get some all the way home? It will go bad!
KRINGLE!
mmmmmmmmmmmmm
