2. My washing machine doesn't have a lint trap. It is full of water and vinegar right now.
3. Toilet paper: All or none. Very very very very rarely none, thankfully.

Drinking water also helps change / remove toxins in your body...and as you change your diet and move more toxins build up... water and more movement helps remove them from your body,\
