Good news: Don't think I have diabetes.
Bad news: Looks like I'm hypo glycemic.
No news: Haven't had it tested professionally.
Health Olds: Haven't figured out the hives.

Blood sugar 1 hour after breakfast (banana and 1/2 bowl oatmeal with fruit) 107
Blood sugar 1 hour after lunch (Mexican food, salad with dressing, chips and salsas) 60

Diabetic: http://www.joslin.harvard.edu/education/library/wbggoal.shtml
Goal: Less than 110 after breakfast, less than 160 two hours after meal.

Hypoglycemic blood ranges:

Not out of the woods. Need to go get an HGA1C test.

Thanks to maestrateresa for the help!

Yup, go get a blood work up for diabetes and blood sugars and all from a doctor.
At this point, the hives may just be sticking around due to stress and worry, regardless of what the original trigger was.
Doctors and diagnosis are often scarey and worrisome, but at least they can give a solid yes/no answer on diabetes and hypoglycemia.
