Long light filled days good. No allergy pill today, need to change diet and do cleansing very clearly.
For those of you interested in the herbal potion, I suggest going straight to the source, a professional herbalist/nutritionist. I don't know if she's taking on new clients right now, though.

Rocking woman, great knowledge.
CREATING COMMUNITY
Two of the things that stood out from the wedding this weekend related to the intentional creation of community. I saw a lot of wonderful people there--because a lot of wonderful people were invited to be there. It was an intentional mixing of a large number of people that the bewed knew from various experiences, times and venues; the group was invited, then self-selected by showing up. I belong to a large number of social groups; V belongs to more. We all are involved with communities; the question is, how many, and how involved, and why? Well, as many as we make time for, as involved as we are motivated to be, and for the connection. You become more like those you are with, which is why it is worth picking your friends, compatriots and acquaintences carefully.
Three things were done to help integrate the groups:
1. There were lots of good options to be social, so that you would interact with each other. There was a wine tasting, a scotch tasting, a big hot tub--lots of places to mix.
2. Anyone who was willing, was gleefully asked to help in some way. And in helping, you ended up working with other people, who also showed their talent. And you got to help with whatever your best skills were, so you were confident.
3. They had a group ceremony (the wedding) both with introductions and also with a grounding ceremony, where you all breathed together.
Time to run off. BYE!
