All right, I was good until I saw the sign for the Parry Hotter at only 13.99. Wow! I forgot that that's pounds, so it was a bit much...ah well. Picked up a Pratchett Compendium I didn't have, but not Science of Discworld III, which I need to get.

Random observations:
People here seem to get better underwear or something.
The airport has a "World of Whiskies" store. I need to learn more about whiskey! Only one expensive purchase per stop, though.#
The sweat through george forman tshirt doesn't work as well as I might hope. Hmm.
Forgot a towel. D'oh! Of course, they will be available.
A little prep time about two months ago would have helped a lot. No excuses.
British keyboards are not American (\yep. ~#which explains the extra punctuation. )
Don't have a camera working--couldn't find the lighter camera (undoubtedly in a pocket somewhere safe) and the nice HP is at Mom's. Further life organization is needed, obviously.
Daibhidhbeag asked what my goal this trip is. To dance, to see Deena, to have some adventures. Now, to read the latest Rowling...
