Chchchanges!

Daibhidhbeag is moving back to his own space where he'll have enough room. (Ob. Western: "This house is too small...")
Should I rent the room, move out and rent the house, get a job and live alone?
SCA Coronet is in a month, so a training bump for that: should I blow off Tuesday and go see the Asylum Street Spankers?
Should I be a substitute teacher, or go temp in the hitech industry?
Time for a liver cleanse?

Decisions, decisions.

So you probably don't want to know this and it's probably not related to you at all (how's that for an intro) but I recently was informed that 1 in 133 people have celiac's (gluten intolerance) as opposed to the previously projected 1 in 4000. It's hard to diagnose because people expect to see digestive symptoms and there aren't a lot of the time. While I don't enjoy the dietary restrictions, I'll take it over the pain and other problems I was having. An additional side effect is I now weigh what I did two decades ago - although I wouldn't have done the diet for the weight loss to be honest.

I'm not officially a celiac's person because I was off for too long before I went to see someone official, but I'm told there's a blood test for gluten issues. Don't know how accurate it is, but there is one. Am also going to go see the first official regular MD type who specializes in this stuff - in her case, skin problems and diet. Am being sent there by another doc who says I'm just fascinating. Heh. Sometimes being fascinating isn't all it's cracked up to be ;-)

Just a thought. And the other thought is as someone who is surrounded by kids of varying ages, I would personally so choose temping in hitech over being a substitute teacher.......... but that's just me.

My reply is to get a job and live alone. At least for a little while. ^_^ You can always change that, and it lets you bring up your savings a bit more...

Maybe I should put everything I say in one comment instead of 2! Oh, well...

Temp in the hi-tech world for a bit. Get your teaching credential ~while~ temping. It could happen. Enlist your friends to keep you on track if it's something important to you.

Then again, this all comes down to matter of importance in your life, neh? It's easy to answer the things we think are important for another person, but quite another thing to be important to the person themselves.

I recommend Lysol for your liver. Used to be marketed as a douche, so it's gotta be healthy!

Anyway, You showed up in one of my dreams last night. I think the functional wings look good on you.
