Trees, Words, Work and Sturf
Been thinking and writing a lot
but not on the NaNo; therefore, BIG wordcounts needed. Moved the computer to a less distracting place, then put the new Civ IV on it, so much for distractions. Luckily, it's got a much more irritating interface so I probably won't stick with it.
Worked over the rootball yesterday and today; got the trunk mostly trimmed off, and the obvious large roots. Tomorrow I'll wash it again. There's some nice rooty/burly bits that I'll save for Arcane Finiky people, perhaps a nice piece for Ermine Axemen. We'll see, has to be gone by Friday.
Work. Just not getting enough of it. Sigh.
Sturf. Well, there it is. Oh, Deena's here, and that's really cool, and Branwen gave me a dishwasher, and that's really cool. And Scrabble was fun, and that's ...you get the idea.
But have you seen the amazingly cool hat? Ooooooo!
