Well, it's interesting. Yesterday and today, the thing I moved? Pea gravel.
Helped Jane and Lou with the house project, they poured the basement walls today. I'm in love with the concept and practice of concrete pumping. When I last did it, it was backbreaking labor with shovels and wheelbarrows. Now, it's a machine and a hose. They poured 24 1/2 cubic yards of concrete into narrow wall forms (4") in less than 4 hours, including much of the cleanup. Wooo!
As part of this, I moved a 4' high pile of pea gravel into a trench, using shovels and a wheelbarrow. I can feel it in all of my muscles. Time for a vitamen pill.
So, I'm looking into WHICH credential program now. Thank you all for your obvious encouragement! And now I get to go take the CEST. Whee! But before then, Art! Roller Derby! Yay!
