I've often associated with the fool;

Better him, dancing on the precipice, than the hanged man. There is surely a difference between falling and flying, and it's more than attitude, but the ground? How close?

There's some great parties on the day (fool's day), some wedding anniversaries, and I hope to catch the Roller Derby. Woot! But we'll see how Coronet goes. I'm somewhat split in my mind over fighting, as I am every time a major tournament comes. That's why I don't win them, that and not putting training at the top of my list. Not having a clear intent. But it would be cool to reign with Elena; the combination of "Loud" and "Elegant" will go a long way. As well as dance, and service. Could be big fun.

Taught Special Ed today at CHS. Wow, that was fun. Very little work, since little is expected, but still fun to work with them and exceed those expectations. Those looking to act out and freak the teacher I went with a little--unless it was physical acts, which I shut down quickly--those looking to be Loud, well, I invoked the flowing locks and spirit of Corwyn DaCosta. And so much knowledge! The things these guys know! The ability to do all the stupid dances from "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and be confused when I point one out as a hornpipe.

When being class clown is all you have (and listening to these students, it is) or a good jazz guitarist...you go for them and nothing else, all out. One guy played guitar so sweetly, it was a harp in his hands.

There was an a capella group from Oxford there (I assume an American Oxford) during club day; nice to hear them. I need to sing more.

Every day I teach makes me hungry to teach more. I get reinforcement from the students and the other teachers, from the general environment. Why do I keep drifting back to Sales Engineering?

Time to get temp work and look at programs. Teaching, yah!
