Well, it's a Modesto situation. That is, the wind is blowing across the farmyard.
Didn't have a lot of energy this morning, so didn't dive into the unset appointment. Trouble ensued, as the customer, justifiably irritated, called the sales guy. But...I'm not the post sales support, although "this is now a customer satisfaction issue". SO, why didn't you go, "I can't do anything", then why are you here?
This from the man who wants me in all the customers because ...well, can't be because I'm bad with them.

But I've been in and out of this customer for a year and a half, and managment (D) keeps saying "Lessen your time" and Zippy keeps saying "It's a customer satisfaction issue."

SO, while pitching unpreparedly to a company that wants SUPERSNIFFER (tm), the Technical SUpport engineer calls me: Problem solved. Database corrupted, sqls from other machines loaded, involving a partner program that I have no clue on, that the customer engineer doesn't use but a major pain (BR) who came over from another company uses and wants to use here. TSE lays out the steps the customer needs to do; I'll go in and do them as a favor, "Customer Touch". Customer writes back, "Unacceptable. Escalate". So, Zippy wants to know what I'm going to do.

Well, my job. Which isn't anywhere near this. D is out tomorrow; Sales Management is going to froth, and I'm going to have to play "talk to the weasels" to get past this, because there's a blame to pin here and it can't be the friction between money grubbers and money grubber mismanagement.

Piss, moan, whine,whatever.

Food: Shake and bar near lunch.
4 handfuls of chips, 1/4 cup dip, 10 stalks celery @7
Nutrishake (whatever it is) at 9
Bowl Jenny Craid soup 10:30
Bed. Oh, 7 fructose tablets.

Tomorrow: Sunnyvale/San Carlos/Modesto; no lunch time. Hmmm. Interesting. Hope to make it to the clinic in the morning.

Exercise today: Whining, 1/2 hour walking (to get the Nutrishake)
Water: Good in the evening, bad earlier.
Mood: Pissy/Moany/Burnt; feeling defeated...bedtime!
