Speed Salsa

Begin: 8:53. Salsa end: 9:17. Cleaning end: 9:27. Overall: Better!
No blood.
Started time. Opened bottle of wine, sharpened knive.
Rearranged tools onto dishwasher; cutting board center, wastebasket center low, Cuis upper right with towel behind it, storage tupp on left. Cut and placed 2 jalapenos, large, w/seeds (sliced thin), 1/3 bunch cilantro, 2 teaspoons crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon chili, salt. Hmm. Forgot black pepper! Juice of 1 small lime, pureed. Into container.
2 peppers and one onion minced. Into container. Little fine.
1 bag (4 lbs) tomatoes. Tops sliced, seeds squoze out, chopped, into Cuiz, munged. Into container.
Mix. Little too red, sweet flavor with a light flame follow. (Chili powder good.) Added one onion and one pepper hand minced to correct the color.
Washed everything down. Good time! 24 minutes for the salsa, 34 for the whole operation, and the kitchen is cleaner than I started. Haven't drunk any of the wine yet, it's red, it'll go good with salsa and chips. Perhaps some meat. Hmm.
