Back and forth

It's bad. It's good. It's tough. It's impossible. I don't know if I'll last. I could do this forever.

but alas, it all depends too much on student mood. I've got to take that out of the equation. Last night I was ready to quit; today, things seem to be going well.

yes it is frustrating - perhaps even more so than when teachers had us in class (tongue firmly planted in cheek) BUT I am sure you make a difference. Perhaps for only one student, but it is that student that will take what you give them and help make the future better. Yes I'm sure of this. I've seen it happen over and over again. So hang in there.

No phone, no lights, no motocar--fights in the classroom, disrespect rampant. We'll see.

No motocar....

but you could get an assault panda! Ok, so maybe that wouldn't solve it... Butit was the first thing that came to mind... Beetle battle fights? Gah. Good luck with it... We still need lunch at some point. (Dinner? Eeearly morning breakfast? Tea? Tell me what and when, we can go from there. ^-^)

I've been there, so just hang in. Quitting now means the possibility of regrets. If anything, these high points should show you that you can hang in just a little longer.

Barrio school, ghetto school, similar issues.
