so why am I not ready? Well, it's a bad place to go with sinus problems, I'm not in fighting trim either in armor or in body or truthfully in mind, work is building up to a creshendo and I'm in the targetting zone, the house is a disaster...

So, sleep more. Remember to breath steam for the sinuses. Work on the armor, stretch, and don't push so hard on the fighting, and fall back on your old standard, war door and club. Work is always a crashinto, make an objective, do the priorities and fly. The house will continue to be a disaster by some standards; by other standards, it's perfectly lovely (having just seen my brother's new digs...oy!)
