Sunday laze
Jan. 28th, 2007 10:07 pmWow. 3 things:
1. Buying a humidifier has really, really improved my sleep. Still going to see a doctor on Thursday, but happy to have it.
2. Crosston ball was nice, but my standards are too high. I really need to learn how to be not involved. But the ball, while good, had so many obvious to me easily fixable little errors...Get over it.
3. Felt like I took control of school on Friday. Had the Freshman training, handled it, and also had the brat pack in 4rth, who came in to seating charts and no chance to argue. Still need to figure out how to move ahead in this; can't keep bumbling forever, and working charter high schools has proven especially frustrating. Not that great at Chemistry, either--better than many, and some of this is sinking in, but not a lot. Ah well.
Went and caught the Mozart and Mars day at the Tech Museum. Must get down there, hit that and the art museum--they've got an Escher exhibit.
Into the week we go! Two weeks until ...uh oh, well anyway February has a week break!
Need seriously to put the armor together and start working out in it, or Estrella is going to be extra painful.
