learnteachMmmmmm, POG! Massive MultiPlayer Online Game, yeah! Once again I prove my ability to be a doormat and rush in where heavily armored avatars fear to tread, and spent the last 3 hours dying at PlanetSide. Oh, my. It was only supposed to be 30 minutes. HALO plus EverCrack, and thankfully, I'll never be good enough at it to be truely addicted. Yay! Of course, even a passing addiction is going to eat oodles of time in day sized chunks. But that always happens anyway...
Other stuff is going on. T. got someone else to help, but contemplation has shown me the face of victimhood. My Mother has decided that any woman interested in me wants to marry me, and is giving me the "stupid little boy" looks because I'm not "tuned into" that. And she wonders why I don't bring any friends to her place any more. Work continues in its confusing stupid way, the funniest thing being that the SE who has taken my two big pain in the ass accounts is now trying to give me EVERYTHING else...it's too much for him to handle. I said that for 2 years, and was told to suck it up; now he'll hand everything off...nice to be vindicated, not that it matters really.
Off to bed, to dream of stealth howitzers, self deploying sniper stacks, and the inevitable tech tree creep. There is already players in the game (went live 5/27) who have racked up over 100 hours of play...10 hours a day, wow.
