Good News/Bad news

Good news:  Won't need another sleep test.  Bad news?  Apnea.  Not a surprise.

When/if you get a CPAP, lets talk. After years of going through models and buying them various places, I can make some good recommendations that'll save tons of cash and travel well (even on motorcycle).

mebbe good news/good news

Taking care of this will give you a lot of energy, stabilize your moods, and add years to your life. I wish I had taken care of mine much earlier. I can talk about the cpap for events as well.

With all the things that can go wrong in your body, it's best to find things like this that Medicine has a handle on. Even if there isn't a cure, they can do something. This is good.

Sometimes having an answer is the best possible news!

This means your quality of life has a simple fix for the upwardly mobile option, neh?

I am glad you have the answer and a way of making your life better going forward.

Am a confirmed CPAP user and convert. It works, it changes your life. I am glad for your health that you got it diagnosed. Takes a bit of getting used to, I admit, but even the little lady in my life likes it now (I no longer snore...). Call if you want to chat or have questions - am not as knowledgable as (tugrik), but I do have realistic experience "getting used to it" and adapting to it. Have had it for about 3 years now.

Good luck my good friend!

Apnea isn't so bad. The mask I've heard is rough to get used to at first. But the changes are dramatic from all I've seen on it! You'll get some memory back, energy back, stop falling asleep in the late afternoon, and find your mood greatly improved.

Double yay! When are you coming out?
