It's really depressing...
To review a subject right before a retest--cover the topics, give strong clues to every question on the test--and have over 50% of the class fail the test.
And, in every class, since I haven't been yelling all the time, are students who feel entitled to misbehave, and are outraged when I try to rein them in. These are, of course, the students who have given up trying.

I admire your tenacity and hanging in there. Again, anytime you want a teaching job without the politics and stress and delinquents, say the word.
