I've been seeing a personal trainer for 5 weeks now. I've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I've been logging every bit of food that goes into my mouth. I started out at 289, and I'm now 286.6
Talk about frustrating. BUT! I have lost some inches and my body fat percentage has dropped about 8%.
Even though I'm exercising, and keeping my caloric intake between 1600-1800 kCals, I'm not losing weight. My nutritionist suggested to I try bumping my intake to 1900-2000 a day, as the @1700 may not be enough food, causing my body to go 'starvation mode'.
