Yes, V, I do post my actual weight but I'm a boy so it's not so much a big deal. However, this proves if you don't do something about the weight, it won't change.
Had planned to clear the decks and start a diet today, but didn't do the plotting and prep work. Resolve to eat less and log all food.
Exercise: Nothing organized; hit Friday Night Waltz and got a polka in, as well as about 2 hours other dancing, and threw Ted around in the pool. Feeling week and without cardio strength either. Need to get a baseline.

I've been known to post my actual weight... Honestly, while it sucks, it is just a number. And I'm a girl. ;-)
I've been seeing a personal trainer for 5 weeks now. I've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I've been logging every bit of food that goes into my mouth.
I started out at 289, and I'm now 286.6
Talk about frustrating.
BUT! I have lost some inches and my body fat percentage has dropped about 8%.
Even though I'm exercising, and keeping my caloric intake between 1600-1800 kCals, I'm not losing weight. My nutritionist suggested to I try bumping my intake to 1900-2000 a day, as the @1700 may not be enough food, causing my body to go 'starvation mode'.

Even with not losing any weight, I'm still getting 'trimmer'.
