I like the concept of an electric bike, but when I ride, I tend to ride for a long, long while.

45 miles would leave me stranded about 160 miles from the end of my usual "I feel like riding this morning" saturday runs.

Great Concept. I could use it for commute to work in town - as long as I could get a charge when I got there.

45 miles is nothing. And 50 MPH is just slow enough that even the big rigs (lots where I live) would be mad at me. Good idea, though I think I'll have to wait until they come out with something that goes a little further and a little faster.
