The conversation about the being lost was so funny last night--"Ya reckon?" that I had to stop, on the road, twice, to just laugh. Because I couldn't see or breath, I was laughing so hard.


The "Well, it was kind of more north on the map" comment on our routing helped (in an "I'm helping!" way).

Actually was with a sufi. Introduced to a new poet, Hafiz. Discussed spiritual paths and leanings. Yay!

It's raining, so driving the coastal route is no advantage over running the Central Valley.

Wine tasting is fun, but not a #1 activity for me. I'd rather have gone to Harbin.
