Safe and soggy in Eugene

Liking it so far. Meets the three basic criteria:

1. Coffee easily available.
2. Broadband easy to find.
3. Farm food easy.

...and now we go to look at houses.

Eugene is awesome! I went to a Dead concert there back in my mispent youth...or at least I seem to vaguely recall that I did?
