New Diet Plan. Working so far, energy up. Simple, easy to do.
Before I eat anything else at any meal, I have to touch a piece of fruit or vegetable. So I've stocked my car with carrots, and am carrying bananas and pears and apples around (today, I buy celery. Saturday, Radishes!)
I'm stuffed. Carrots and bananas fill me up. Apples are mouth workouts. And I've taken home food from every restaurant meal (because there's always too much).
On the other fronts, things are slow in sales, I need to get new plans. And the various other issues continue, so I'll remain distracted for a while.
At least, it's not plan F (Fish). That would be trickier. By the way, VVestfirza made all my cool icons. Thanks S!

Date: 2007-12-06 05:00 pm (UTC)The fruit and veggie before meals is an excellent plan. I try and get many of my people to do similar things. Low calorie density for the volume is a happy thing for most folks.
