Don't know why, the depression of earlier months seems to be lightening up. Trip to Germany certainly helped, on a number of different levels. Slowing down a bit socially seems to have helped. Reframing work views definately helped. Even this weekend cleaning up rather than fighting helped. (I think, perhaps, even the computer game helped.)

Hmmm.
