Much has happened, much is happening. Since I'll be spending the weekend in physical activity, I carbo loaded today:

Breakfast: 1 croissant, egg, cheese onion cup coffee 7:20 AM
Lunch: Bowl soup (vegetable) 1/2 crepe (vegetable) water 11:45 AM
Dinner: Bowl Pho (#5, flank and tendon), lemonade 8:30 PM
Snack: Coffee, slice of carrot cake 10: PM

Waitasecond, that was less than I normally ate before fasting.

Hmmmmmmm.

First I get back to using this, then more on the day. Events recently:
In Law Cousin Leonard died last Wednesday. Worked on armor Tuesday with V. Fought on Thursday with C. Work issues, met with manager for 2 hours Thursday....Onward. Got an exercise ball, found a good book on belly dancing, picked mom up at airport.
