That I've not done in a while. And I should.

1. Chased fireflies. Put them in a jar. Let them go. Firefly Dating service!

2. Roman candles into a lake. (Human fire flying.)

3. Sake and the moon. This one works best at about 1 AM. (The narrow road to the deep .....)

4. Danced through a summer rainstorm.

5. Ice cold beer while fishing on the lake in the midwest. Or especially after a long day helping out--husking corn, baling hay (ick), walking the fences.

I should probably plan to go to Lilies. I bet you could all of these there, if you count fighting as "helping out".

I miss fireflies. Growing up in CT, where they're orange, it surprised the hell out of me to find they were light green in WI. Wonder if we could cross-breed the two and get a whole kaleidoscope? ;)

Oh, I didn't know they came in colors! How neat!!!

The only ones I've ever seen were in MA, and they pretty much give off a white light. I love them! They're the best thing about New England for me! (But then, I've never been there for the leaf-change, so what do I know? Snow is pretty, but not quite my thing. I've only gone in summer and winter.
